I’ve always felt that the building blocks of a good life are what we put into our bodies. But I was confused about the role of supplements in particular. Jonathan’s knowledge and understanding of good diet, the role of relevant supplements and the mechanics and interaction of your body’s systems have helped me tremendously to see a path through the plethora of facts and misinformation that is thrown at us daily from all the ‘health experts’ out there. He has passionately distilled a mountain of complex information into meaningful presentations without preaching about any specific course of action. You get the facts you need and make your own choices. If eating well, looking after your body and living a good quality of life are your goals I’d recommend attending his course. After all, if you don’t look after your body, where will you live?!
